South Georgia Governmental Services Authority and Thomas County School District, on the petition and complaint to validate the South Georgia Governmental Services Authority Revenue Bonds (Thomas County School District Projects), Series 2024, in the aggregate principal amount of $23,005,000 (the Bonds), which are authorized to be issued pursuant a resolution adopted on June 5, 2024, by vote of a majority of the members of the South Georgia Governmental Services Authority.
