THIS IS THE SAME PROPERTY AS THAT CONVEYED BY WARRANTY DEED DATED APRIL 1, 1961 FROM R. C. AUSLEY TO HENRY W. MCTYRE AS RECORDED ON APRIL 1, 1961 IN BOOK 9G, PAGE 183, DEEDS OF RECORD, THOMAS COUNTY, GEORGIA. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
