Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by LINDA W HEFFRON to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. , dated 08/10/2011, and Recorded on 08/23/2011 as Book No. 1717 and Page No. 313, AS AFFECTED BY BOOK 2580, PAGE 350355, THOMAS County, Georgia records, as last assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. THIS IS THE SAME PROPERTY AS THAT CONVEYED BY WARRANTY DEED DATED APRIL 1, 1961 FROM R. C. AUSLEY TO HENRY W.
