Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by DEBORAH M ADAMS to CRESTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION , dated 01/21/1999, and Recorded on 01/22/1999 as Book No. 686 and Page No. 03, AS AFFECTED BY BOOK 1338, PAGE 177, THOMAS County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. CARLTON, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR #1544, DATED APRIL 21, 1993, AND RECORDED IN PLAT CABINET 2, FOLIO 76E, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF THOMAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, WHICH SAID PLAT OF SURVEY IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF FOR A MORE DEFINITE DESCRIPTION.
