Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of THOMAS. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by DEBORAH M ADAMS to CRESTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION , dated 01/21/1999, and Recorded on 01/22/1999 as Book No. 686 and Page No. 03, AS AFFECTED BY BOOK 1338, PAGE 177, THOMAS County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
