NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF OCHLOCKNEE Pursuant to Section 18.08 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ochlocknee, Georgia, a public hearing will be conducted before the Town Council of the Town of Ochlocknee to determine if the property described as follows should be rezoned from Agricultural to R-2: All that parcel of land being in the 4th Land District known as 5236 Stewart Road, Ochlocknee, Georgia being property owned by Lee Greene, Trouvaille Land Holdings, LLC. This property is being annexed into the Town of Ochlocknee. The current zoning districts are in compliance with the Thomas County Zoning Ordinance. The proposed zoning districts will be in compliance with the Town of Ochlocknee Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held on April 1, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1044 E.
