HART, DECEASED TO: THE HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF STANLEY G. HART, DECEASED, AND TO ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property: to wit 706 East Pinetree Boulevard, Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia 31792 Tax Parcel 046 TH 111 All of that tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in the City of Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, as said parcel is shown on that individual plat of survey of said parcel prepared for Glenn E. Hart and Janet D. Fleming by Frank A. Carlton, Georgia Registered Surveyor, dated February 25, 1981, recorded March 4, 1981 in Plat Book 3, Page 513 of the Deed Records of Thomas County, Georgia, particular reference being made to said plat of survey for the purpose of incorporating the metes and bounds of said parcel as shown on said plat of survey. The above described property is the same property described in that Tax Deed from the City of Thomasville, Georgia by its Levying Officer, Maria Giddens to Williams Group Investments dated August 2, 2002 recorded November 28, 2022 in Deed Book 2517, Page 380 of the Deed Records of Thomas County, Georgia. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after July 25, 2024.
