Bond NO. 4456815 recorded at the Thomas County Clerk of Superior Court on 12/19/2022, Book NO. 2521, Page NO. 357. The construction project was begun on December 22, 2022 and Substantially completed on Feb. 02, 2024, pursuant to a contract between The Board of Education, Thomas County (GA) Schools, 200 N. Pinetree Blvd., Thomasville, GA 31791 and Cook Brothers, Inc., 1255 Commerce Blvd. Midway FL 32343: Georgia Qualifying Agent; S Lamont Cook, LICENSE NO. GCQA001729, Cook Brothers Inc. and Georgia General Contractors license NO: GCCO001712. Under the terms of the contract General Contractor was to provide all labor and material to complete the construction of the Site Modifications for a new multi-purpose facility at Thomas County Central High School project.
