Correction THOMAS COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUESTING ZONING CHANGE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Thomas County Board of Commissioners in the 3rd floor Commission Chambers, Thomas County Historic Courthouse, 225 North Broad Street, Thomasville, Georgia, April 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map of Thomas County as described below: Application No.: 24-4-1 Katherine Horner, agent for the property owner, Sunset Memorial Gardens, Inc.,, has filed an application for a zoning change. The subject property is located on U.S. Hwy. 84 East (Map 046, Parcel 063 consisting of 1.44 acres, more or less.) The request is to rezone the subject property from AG (Agricultural) to CL C.U.
